You can move in with a suitcase. You only require your own bed linen. There is a lift to the floor, 1 x car parking space with visitor spaces when available. Less than five minutes walk to local bay amendities including cinema, bowling and an array of top bars and restaurants. There is a regular bus service into the city centre that run every 5-7 minutes and a train service two minutes walk away also into the city centre with good connections to valley and main line services. You can walk to the city centre within 20 minutes as my current tenants do so. This is fully managed by myself and not by an agency. Minimum contract is 6 month and rolling thereafter.
