HOUSESHARE IN HASLINGTON VILLAGE, NR CREWE – ALL BILLS INCLUDED
Hi,
My current housemate moved out in March due to him purchasing a house with his girlfriend.
About the area. The house is located in the quiet village of Haslington near Crewe, 3 minutes walk from the local shops, takeaway & local pubs. I have lived in the house for a number of years and the area all my life.
About the transport network. The house is just a 5 minute drive to & from Crewe Railway station. It is 10 minutes drive from M6 Junction 17 (Sandbach) & M6 Junction 16 (Stoke) and a 30 minute drive to Manchester Airport. Chester is also only a 40 minute drive away. The bus stop is only 3 minutes walk from the house. If you prefer cycling, 15 minutes would get you into Crewe town centre.
About the house. It is a recently built semi-detached house on a cul-de-sac in very nice & quiet area. Very modern furnishings, separate kitchen & living room areas, beautiful private garden, the largest in the street with recently restored large decking area & a secured shed for storage. The property also has off road parking.
About the room. It is a very spacious single room which has recently been re-decorated & re-furbished. The room has a single bed, fitted wardrobe, draws, bedside cabinet and also has a TV complete with Sky and free wireless broadband. All the bills are included.
About me. I am an outgoing person who enjoys many sporting activities and socialising. I have lived with both female and male housemates previously and all of them have said it’s the best choice they have ever made.
