This is a 3 bedroom flat over two floors, I am looking for a flatmate to share with myself (who works away from home just stay at the weekends) and a student female. The room is a double room furnished with 2 built in wardrobes. The flat also has a living room, separate dining room and kitchen. There is only 1 bathroom to share. There is a patio at the back and also plenty of parking spaces at the front. The flat has broadband and sky tv. Council tax, tv, phone and internet are included in the rent. Gas and electricity are added on top. Close to city centre about a 15 min walk and 10 min walk to underground with easy travel around city. Looking for someone who is easy going but not too wild, clean and considerate.
