I'm a 41 year old (but young at heart) professional female with a fully furnished double room to let to another female. Centrally located in a quiet leafy cul-de-sac 10 minutes walk to/from Deansgate, Market St, St Annes Square, Albert Square, Castlefield and the MEN Arena. 5 minutes walk to/from Salford Central train station and Spinningfields. It is also on the number 3 free shuttle bus route through Manchester City Centre to Piccadilly station.

My property is a semi-detached house with front and back gardens and a driveway.

I have 2 gorgeous cats (Bonnie and Clyde) so my new housemate must love cats!

The room I have available has: - Double divan bed (with loads of storage space) - Fitted wardrobes (with full length mirrors and loads of storage space) - Large chest of drawers - Telephone - Local and National calls to 01 and 02 number are free all day everyday - WiFi.

The rent is £425 a month and that includes all bills.

Although I have an active social life I enjoy a relaxing atmosphere at home, so party animals or those who are likely to randomly drag random strangers in need not apply.
