i have a room to rent in a lovely 2 bed flat in shiremoor. the flat is new, modern & a good size. large living room & kitchen has all mod cons. i am looking to move someone in fairley quickly. i am tidy and very easy going. the room is a decent size and has a double bed and plenty of storage. other perks include parking, sky tv and broadband. the flat is 5 mins from the metro and its a 20 min ride into town. i am looking for anyone easy going and tidy, although im not anal over a bit of mess. i am also totaly negotiable on the ammount of deposit taken.
